In Poland, “niedziele handlowe 2025” refers back to the designated Sundays in 2025 when retail shops are permitted to open for enterprise. These Sundays are exceptions to the final rule that retail commerce is prohibited on Sundays and public holidays.
The aim of limiting Sunday buying and selling is to supply employees within the retail sector with a day of relaxation and to guard small companies that can’t compete with bigger shops which might be open seven days every week. Nonetheless, there are some exemptions to this rule, akin to small outlets, pharmacies, and fuel stations.
